Fitness Age is a research-based, age-referenced summary of selected fitness measurements. It is not your biological age, a diagnosis, a medical-device result, a mortality or lifespan prediction, exercise clearance, treatment, or personal medical advice. The combined Fitness Age model has not been externally validated.
Reference data and equations come from specific populations and protocols and may not represent you. Self-reported activity, devices, medication, illness, stress, environment, pacing, and measurement technique can change inputs. Read the plausible range, confidence, source curve, missing-input notes, and limitations together.
Physical tests are optional. Review the test-specific safety screen and setup, and skip a test when unsure or when a listed contraindication applies. Stop immediately for chest pain, faintness, severe or unusual shortness of breath, or another alarming symptom. Seek appropriate professional help; contact local emergency services in an emergency.
Do not use Fitness Age to delay care or make medical, medication, employment, insurance, competition, or eligibility decisions. Discuss unexpected or concerning measurements with an appropriately qualified professional.
Human-review gate: exercise-science, medical, emergency, and jurisdiction-specific wording must be approved before public release. Do not display “medically reviewed” until an identified qualified reviewer has approved the exact released wording.
